Hewden is committed to providing services that make it easier for our customers to do business with us. As part of this commitment we provide online management information, together with other services such as electronic invoicing and reporting tools To request further details about any of these services or, for existing customers, to register to receive them, please email Contracts and Invoicing

HCIS

Hewden Customer Information System provides management reporting information for our customers. As a customer you can:

  • Review the hire status of equipment
  • View a summary of invoices on your account
  • Run a series of reports to help you manage your account

Invoicing

Hewden is able to offer alternative methods of invoicing . These include:

  • Electronic Invoicing – we are able to send invoices to our customers electronically via either the COINS or Tradex hubs. If you already trade electronically or are planning to do so, we can send invoices directly to you via the hub. Electronic invoicing provides signficant benefits including cost savings and reduction in input and administration
  • Email Invoicing – instead of sending invoices by post, we can send them to you by email. This cuts down on paperwork and reduces the time it takes to receive invoices

Reporting

We provide a number of reports for our customers. These include:

  • Weekly and monthly on hire reports providing details of equipment on hire to assist in managing your account
  • Invoice reports that detail all hires invoiced

Reports can be generated and emailed to you or, alternatively, you can run the report yourself by signing up to HCIS. Reports can be in either PDF or Excel format.
